Acceptance of Terms

You agree to the following terms and conditions by booking or using the dog field. Please read them carefully before using the facility.

Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus major debit and credit cards
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be refunded.
  • No-shows will forfeit the booking fee.

Use of the Field

  • The field is available for private hire only. You must book in advance and use the field only during your allotted time.
  • Ensure that you vacate the field at the end of your booking to allow the next user access.
  • The maximum number of dogs allowed per booking is three.
  • All dog waste must be picked up and taken away with you. Poops removal is your responsibility.

Owner Responsibility

  • All dogs must be on a lead and under control at all times while in the car park.
  • Barking should be discouraged whilst on the field, where possible. Shouting at or towards your dogs is also discouraged. It’s only fair to the surrounding properties.
  • Leads can to be taken off only when the dog(s) and their owner are together in the field, with the gate firmly closed.
  • Owners are responsible for their dogs’ behaviour and must ensure their dogs are non-aggressive towards people or other dogs.
  • Any damage caused by your dog to the field, fences, or equipment must be reported immediately. You will be liable for the cost of repairs.
  • Children under 12 must be supervised at all times and remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

Health and Safety

  • All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and flea/worm treatments.
  • Dogs showing signs of illness, such as vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious diseases, are not permitted.
  • Please refrain from using the field if your dog is in heat.
  • Owners should not bring dangerous or banned breeds as per the UK’s Dangerous Dogs Act.

Liability

  • Use of the dog field is entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for injuries, loss, or damage to any persons, animals, or property while using the field.
  • We are not responsible for injuries caused by other dogs or individuals.
  • Please ensure that your dog is microchipped and wears an ID tag while using the field.

Weather Conditions

  • The dog field is an outdoor facility, and use may be affected by weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather, we may have to cancel your booking. You will be notified as soon as possible and offered a refund or an alternative time slot.

Field Etiquette

  • Please respect other users of the dog field by keeping noise levels low and adhering to your allocated time.
  • Aggressive behaviour by dogs or owners towards other users, dogs, or staff will not be tolerated and may result in a ban from future use.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of users to ensure they have read and understood the latest version prior to booking.
